Criminal Face Recognition System

Main objective of this project is to identify a person using the images previously taken. The identification will be done according the previous images of different persons.
In here the technique which going to use is, manually we already store some images of the criminals in our database along with his details. By surveillance camera system residing at some public place which automatically matches the input faces with criminal database and gives alert if the results are matched. If any image is matched up to 95% or closer to that rate then we predict that he is only the criminal.

Using C# and EmguCV
Functions :
- Face detection (Auto and Manual)
- Delete Non faces among the detected faces
- User Can mark the faces manually when the system fail to detect faces
- Extract faces from the image
- Save the criminal details along with detected faces
- Real time face Recognition
- Retrieve the details of each criminal when the face is recognize.

Project Structure

Based on the input region , system will extract particular face region form that saved in the database. After that system will match the features.
Normally face recognition applications are used to recognize faces based on various factors and technologies. Although today different face recognition systems use different approaches, most of them perform key main steps, which are common to most face recognition approaches.
Even the final result of recognize a face, but not all face recognition applications are same when comparing with the process of steps. Some applications might be reliable than others, depending on the quality of the image captured as well as the algorithms employed in the application.
