I've been doing push-ups for few months. Now I do it in the morning & evening almost everyday. I can see little improvements. But, I guess we need to do some stuff like in a gym for better results.

For about 2 months at the end of the last year, I did some with few of my friends @ a friend's home, since they had some stuff. But then, we couldn't continue it since of time issues.I want to tell this. We start to jogging at a stadium in early in the morning from March, 2011. Like once a week. But, because of jobs & stuff my friends couldn't continue it. At that time, when I went to the stadium, I couldn't do at least one push-up!, & I was more weigh on those days than now (So far, I could loss more than 22Kgs). Anyway, I continue jogging to the stadium (about 7 - 8.5Km on the way & rounds around the stadium). Not everyday. But as I could, like 5, 10, 15 days a month. & Still, I'm doing it. Now, I can do push-ups up to 20:yes:. I'm happy about that.

    Yeah..

I have reduced consuming Carbs. I'm an ovo-lacto vegetarian. Means, consume dairy & eggs, but not flesh. & consume fruits, vegetables & grains other than that. I usually drink water through out the day. & I have reduced sugar consumption also due to some of my health concerns.

If you are skinny go to a gym, if you are fat go to a gym.

Jogging or doing pushups will not simply give you the type of body you want (I'm guessing aesthetic). It takes a guy with serious workout and diet to even show some signs of body transformation at least 1 year. That's hard workout man, no bullshit. So imagine, no proper workouts, no diet and how long will it take you to achieve your target or goal.

If you are skinny you have a long way to go, it will take at least 6 months to show some improvement in your body by that I mean proper improvement. But since you are skinny you can see the progress of your self which will motivate you to pursuit your dream. But unfortunately fatties, it will be a bit tough for you cause it will take some time to burn those years of fat you've stored in your body. I mean you will not see your bicep muscle even after 10 months of working out (lean muscle). Up for a challenge, take it and I grantee you you will not regret.

Do not give the lamest of all excuses ""no time". Cause there are people who are weaker than you, physically disabled and people at their 60's trying to make a difference in their lives. And if you can't spend 2 hours per day on three days for your own well being, actually you have no choice but to live the missarable lives you've been living so far.
