Can any of the experts in computers help me to solve a problem with my laptop?
I had KAS IS installed and I removed it (my Key got blacklisted) and installed AVG 8.5. The machine became very slow. So I tried to Restore my computer to an earlier date. Problems started after that.
1. None of my USB ports are working. Troubleshooting is also non-funtional.
2. I can't Restore my computer as the Restore window does not come up.
Is this a problem related to Virus or due to Settings?
Can somebody help me to overcome this?
(To make thing worse, my CD rom is also not working for some time.)
