Brother i forget to say before that please comments in english...
and i know the site i have given for introduction of tablighi jamahat are not of muslim, they not give every time good comments for muslims, there are many false statements in these website about subject matters,,,i know but i have given these to give a openly view about subject ...these site has given the subject to some extent clear and briefly...

A muslim poet has quoted their work in a poem see

Pakistanis,Caucasians,Mayalsians ,Africans,And Turks
Chinese ,Eskimo,and russian faces
Ethnicities unheard of fill masjids where traces,
Of their forefathers are written in historical works.

Whilst nations sit before cathode rays,
That titillate their eyes with their enticing ways,
These men rebel against satan's invitation
And turn to the work of the prophets-driving iblees(sha'tan) to frustration

They sit of the floor as it indents their knees,
They know not of Nietzsche,Hume,Kant or Socrates,
They couldnt perhaps recount ghazzali or avicenna's complex kalaam,
But the dhikr of Allah makes their souls calm

This is not to deny the place of the mutaklimeen (speaker),
Without whom we would be in disarray,
But for the awaam(general public) such complex arguments can lead astray
So let dawah and wijdaan (wisdom) provide them with yaqeen (strick belief).

They are not by tales of Machiavelli's prince infected
The sahabas (Companion Of Prophets) stories motivate their lives
Such dark political ideologies before such heros stand rejected
Upholders of truth and self sacrifice

They hold no huge political rallies protesting to creation
In the nights they stand in prayer before the answer of every supplication And with tears flood the floors begging for mercy and rejuvenation
Once more gifting glory to the Ummah of the best of creation

Don't approach the worldy kings -they cannot protect,
A Pretzel falls into their tracheas, almost suffocating
Such a small little thing He cannot eject?
How will he give Honour to those who stand outside the white house waiting?

They couldnt tell you about quantum mechanics or Hawkings
They couldnt refute Darwinian thought or the reductionism of dawkins
They dont know that much of Heisenbergs principle of uncertainty
For to them the kalimah is a deeply rooted certainty

(this is not just the poem but its a reality sketch)

what you say about subject ?

The aim of "Tabligh Jamaat" is to present the world with such a beautiful living image of Islam that all people being attracted to its peaceful and balanced message eventually practice Islam. This is achievable, we believes, only when Muslims are made to see this life as temporary, gifted by Allah Taa'la only for a fixed time span in order to prepare for a perpetually fully satisfying reward, or for a never ending unbearable punishment in an everlasting afterlife.

Tabligh Jamaat ("Conveying Group"), (Arabic: جماعة التبليغ , also Tablighi) Contextually, it refers to conveying the message of Islam. This is the Sunnah of all the prophets [Alayhissalaam]. The most important rule of Tabligh is hiqmah and akhlaq.

Allah Ta’ala says in the Holy Quran:

'Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islam), enjoining Al-Ma’rûf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do) and forbidding Al-Munkar (polytheism and disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden). And it is they who are the successful." (Al Quran 03:104)

"You [true believers in Islamic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad SAW and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma’rûf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden), and you believe in Allah." (Al Quran 03:110)

"Invite (people) to the way of your lord with wisdom and good counsel." (Al Quran 016:125)

Tabligh Jamaat is a Muslim missionary and revival movement. Their activities are not limited to the Muslim community. The Movement's main aim is to bring guidance as well as to bring spiritual awakening to the world's Muslims.

The movement is a strictly non-political movement in nature, with the main aim of the participants being to work at the grass roots level reaching out to all Muslims of the world for spiritual development.

The Tabligh Jamaat was initiated in the late 1920s by Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Kandhalawi (Rahmatullahi Alaihi) in the Mewat province of India. He observed that people were too engrossed in their worldly activities and had forgotten the objective for which they had been sent to this world. He realized that they had to free some time from their worldly engagements, to sit and ponder about Allah Ta’ala and their purpose for being sent to this world. Therefore, he started calling people to the Mosque, and reminded them about Allah Ta’ala and His greatness. The inspiration for devoting his life to Islam came to Maulana Ilyas during his second pilgrimage to the Hijaz in 1926. Maulana Ilyas put forward the slogan, ‘Aye Musalmano! Musalman bano’ (in Hindi / Urdu) which translates 'O Muslims! Become Muslims' (in English). It is not an officially recognized group or association but a movement for Muslims to become practicing Muslims.

The objective is that how each and every Muslim adopts the Islamic way in all aspects of life. We do not advice anyone to leave all their daily activities and join this work, but encourage people to take out some time from their daily engagements so that the rest of the time could be spent in accordance to the teachings of Islam. Spending time in the path of Allah Taa'la is not the only objective of the work, but rather the objective is to adopt the Islamic lifestyle whilst engaged in daily activities, whether one is at home with family or at his work place. Spending time in the path of Allah Taa'la only acts as a means to fulfill this objective.

"Tabligh Jamaat" da'wah began in India, and then spread to Pakistan and Bangladesh, then later spreading to the rest of the Islamic world, even in Arabia - such that we now have followers in Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Egypt, Sudan, Iraq and Saudi Arabia. We also have followers in Europe, America, Asia, Australia and Africa.

"Tabligh Jamaat"s worldwide headquarters is in Nizamuddeen in Delhi, where we administer our da'wah affairs worldwide. We also have headquarters in the western world is in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, UK.

    The six qualities:

The six qualities which were commonly found in all the Sahabas (radiallahu anhum), if one brings these into his life, then following the complete Deen will be made easy for him. These six qualities are:

    (1) Kalimah: "There is no god but Allah and the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam) is His messenger. Allah can do each and every thing without the help of the creation, and the creation cannot do anything without the help of Allah. The only way to succeed in this world and the next (life after death) is to walk on the path shown by Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam)."

    (2) Salaat: "Five daily prayers that are essential to spiritual elevation, piety, and a life free from the ills of the material world. To build a connection with Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala and to gain from his unlimited treasures"

    (3) I'lm and Zikir: "The thirst for knowledge and remembrance of Allah conducted in sessions in which every individual contributes whatever knowledge which one can regarding performing prayers, reciting the Al Quran and reading Hadith and to gain the remembrance of Allah taa'la in every action make Zikir by reciting 3 Tasbihaat, Third Kalimah, Durood and Istighfaar."

    (4) Ikram-Ul-Muslimin: "The treatment of fellow humans with honor and deference, to love the youngsters and respect the elders and have respect for the scholars of Islam"

    (5) Ikhlas-I-Niyyat: "Reforming one’s life in supplication to Allah by performing every (good) human action for the sake of Allah and toward the goal of self-transformation"

    (6) Dawat-E-Tabligh: "The sparing of time to live a life based on faith and learning its virtues, following in the footsteps of the Prophet, and taking His message door-to-door for the sake of faith. Since Muhammad (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam) was the last and final messenger of Allah Subhanataa'la, it is our duty to now carry on this noble work of the prophets, i.e. call others towards good and prevent evil".

    Virtues of Tabligh Jamaat:

    a) Spending $1 in the path of Allah taa'la is equivalent to spending $700,000.
    b) Performing one Salaat in the path of Allah is equivalent to 490,000,000 (490 million) Salaat.

Hazrat Imran Ibn Hussain (Radhiallaho anho) relates the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) saying, "The person who remains at home and spends his wealth in the path of Allah, for every Dirham he is rewarded with 700 Dirhams. The person who goes in the path of Allah and spends his wealth in the path of Allah, for every Dirham he is rewarded 700,000 Dirhams."

Narrated Mu'adh Ibn Jabal (Radhiallah anho) relates the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) said: "Certainly Salaat, Roza, and Zikir in the Path of Allah reaches up to 700 times."
    (Abu Dawud).

    JazakomAllah
    Allah Subhanataa'la knows all.

    Impact on society

    Impact on society :
In pakistan today the second day of Their yearly Ijtimah (Yearly gathering to discuss the movement works and work of sahaba).

I have no confusion about their work and their style of work, they have very much clear vision and style.this jamahat is exposed more by the Print and electronic media of america and europe and there is a great propeganda on every channel about tablighi jamahat (You can search youtube) but their style of dawah is so peacful and clear that american and european could not found any way of objection on them..when i have start search on this Jamahat (we say it jamahat as they work collectively making a jamahat of 6 -10 members, ottherwise it has no name but a community of people that do this dawah work) i come to know not only europe and america there is also much propeganda in arab countries against them..i am sorry to say they are called 'Khawarij" , 'Munafiq' by Many sects and People when i start reading and listening their comments ,i come to know how much confusion and propeganda about the work exits...but i feel here the criticism is not due to mistake of tablighi jamahat there are some other background i think that was the effect of propeganda and confusion created by bidhatti, shia and 'Gair muqalideen' ('Gair muqalideen',who say following of any fiqha imaam is shirk). but I think all these is the misconception about them .

I don't say the tablighi jamahat is a perfect there are many mistake in them like all other jamahats but their possitive effect on the society are more...there is a change in the whole world due to their revolutionary works but strick to the style of sahaba and their sacrifices..

Shaykh Ibn ?Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked about The Tablighi Jamahat and he said:

Usually in every issue there are two extremes and a middle way. Some people praise this group a great deal and encourage going out with them; others condemn them a great deal and warn against them more than they would warn you about a lion. And some people tread a middle path between those two extremes.

I think that there is some good in this group; they call others to Islam and have a clear influence that no other daaiyahs have had. How many kaafirs have become believers at their hands, and how many evildoers has Allaah guided through them ?

Moreover they have an attitude of humility and selflessness that is not found in many others.

Some people say that they have no knowledge of hadeeth, and so on.

They are undoubtedly good people, but I think that those of them who are in Saudi do not go to Pakistan or other countries, and we do not know anything about the aqeedah of those people (in other countries) or their manhaj (methodology). But there is nothing wrong with the manhaj followed by our companions here in Saudi.

With regard to limiting dawah to three or four days, or to two or four or six months, or two years, there is no shari evidence for that. But they think that this has to do with organization. If a person goes out for three days, and knows that he is limited to these three days, he will focus his mind and forget about worldly matters. This is the matter of organization, and is not an act of worship or a matter of shareeah.

I think, may Allaah bless you, that if you have the opportunity to seek knowledge then it is better to do that, because seeking knowledge is good and the people nowadays have a great need for scholars who have knowledge of the Sunnah and who are well-versed in knowledge. If you are not able to seek knowledge, and you go out with them in order to purify yourself, there is nothing wrong with that. There are many people whom Allaah has guided at their hands.
    Al-Baab al-Maftooh, no. 10, P. 304.

And Allaah is the Source of strength

Majority of the people joining Tablighi Jamaat are ignorant of Deen and they spend their time in the path of Allah to learn about all these rules and regulations taught by Rasoolullah SAW.
As they said them to be students so we must also ignore their faults and try to teach them accordingly as most of them are not really familiar with the environments of the Masjids and Madrassas as we use to be. The personal mistake should not considered to blame the whole .

Basic Belief, Track, Aqeeda of Tablighi Jamahat

People are contributing in tablighi Jamahat from all over the world therefore there is not a strick fiqha following as people from all four fiqha are doing this work and their relevant Scholor and Ulama guide them according to their Fiqha and there is no strick discussion on Controversial between fiqha but just the tahleem (Education) of Basic Aqaid/Ahmal and Masial. Anyhow The Ulamah to whome Allah has bestowed to reintroduce this work of Prophet (PBUH) And Sahaba r.a in Sub continents and first time , they are the followers of imaam Abu Hanif R.a and relates to the Maslik (Track) Of Deoband in Sub-continent.

For the complete knowledge about Their Maslak (Track) see Darululoom deoband

FATWA ABOUT TABLIGHI JAMAHAT AND THEIR WORKS :

Q: Difference between Ahal-Sunnah wal jamah and tableegh jamat ?

    Answer 13322 :

Tableegh means to convey. Jamaat means a group. Collectively, it means a group of people who convey. Contextually, it refers to people who conveys the message of Islam to non-Muslims and also remind Muslims of their duties. This was the effort of all the Prophet of Allah, including Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] and his Sahaaba [Radhiallaahu anhum] who are referred to as Ahlus Sunnah (those that adhere to the Sunnah of Rasulullah - sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam) Wal Jamaa (and those who adhere to the group of the Prophets ? the Sahaaba - Radhiallaahu anhum)

Those that engage in Tabligh are all adherents of the Ahlus sunnah wal Jamaa.

    and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best

    Mufti Ebrahim Desai

Q 2 :is it necessary to join the tablighi jamat to perform tabligh...if so ..then where is it written?

Answer : There are two aspects of Tabligh. One is to convey the Deen of Allah. That is the responsibility of every Muslim. He has to convey the Deen of Allah to the best of his ability, to his family, friends, Muslim and non-Muslims.

The second aspect of Tabligh is going out in a group of people for a specific number of days, three days, forty days, four months, etc. According to Shari'ah, there is no instruction or prohibition either to do Tabligh in this way. Such a procedure of Tabligh is Mubaah (permissible) if one does not regard it as compulsory and does not do anything un-Islamic in this procedure. However, for our understanding, it is sufficient to note that all Prophets and Prophet Muhammad, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam, himself had gone to the people to invite them to Islam. And Allah knows best.

It must be pointed out that this method is tried and tested. It is effective and became a means of guidance for many people from all around the world. The procedure should be viewed in light of any other procedural aspects which have been tried, tested and proven effective. It gains the attention and support of people.

    and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best

    Mufti Ebrahim Desai

Q 3.) For an ordinary Muslim (a businessman, a laborer, a farmer, a professional, etc.) who is not associated with a religious organization, is it Fard, Wajib, or Mustahab to go out for three or forty days, etc. with Jama’ah Tabligh?

A 1.) Dawah (inviting people to Islam) and Tabligh (conveying the Message) is a collective responsibility of the whole Ummah and an act of great reward as it has been declared a distinguishing characteristic of this Ummah by the Qur’an.[See Albaqarah 2:104, 110. Yusuf 12:108. Hamim Al Sajjdah 41:33]

    Dawah falls in two categories:
Inviting Muslims to follow the religion. It has two levels:Special or Individual. Every Muslim is required to inform his household and people under his care about religious instructions and to forbid them from performing the munkarat (evils). Quran and Hadith clearly declare it a mandatory duty of everyone. ["Everyone of you is a supervisor and everyone will be asked about those given in his supervision…." Hadith]In addition, if a particular person alone is in a position to influence another person, and there is a major expectation of his effectiveness, the first person is required to try to correct the behavior of the other person, even though the other person may not be his family member or subordinate. ["If anyone of you witnesses an evil, he should correct it by his hand. If he is not in a position to do so, then by his tongue. If he is not in a position to do so then by his heart. And that is the lowest level of Iman." Muslim]

This level of Dawah is Fard Ayn (mandatory individual duty).

General or Collective. This involves addressing the Muslims collectively to enjoin good and forbid evil. This is Fard Kifayah or collective responsibility which means that it is a responsibility of everyone who is capable of doing this kind of Dawah but if some people discharge this duty then the burden would be lifted from others. Otherwise, everyone would be in sin. This collective responsibility requires an organized effort designed to perform it according to the teachings of Shariah. The jurists have explained that if the Muslim government fails to perform this function, it would be the responsibility of the common Muslims to establish a group to discharge this responsibility. It does not mean that a formal association must be launched but it does mean that sufficient number of persons should come forward for this purpose whether or not they are part of a formal organization.
Inviting non-Muslims to Islam. Every Muslim in general and the particular group mentioned above, specially would be responsible for this Dawah.

It should be noted that Shariah has not prescribed a special format for the Dawah effort. Whether it is performed by going to homes as Jama’ah Tabligh does, or through writings or publications, or through any other means, the responsibility would be discharged. This explains that it is not Fard Ayn for every Muslim to participate in the work of Tablighi Jamat because a) Dawah at the general level is not Fard Ayn and b) the particular style of work adopted by the Tablighi Jama’ah is not mandated by the Shariah. However, since the work of Tablighi Jama’ah, with the blessings of Allah, has been greatly beneficial and it has proven to be an effective means of countering the work of anti-religious forces, therefore cooperating with this Jama’ah and participating in its work to the maximum extent possible is an act of great reward. Doing it with balance and within the limits prescribed by the jurists is a very effective means of protecting ourselves and the Ummah.

There may be a situation in which participating in the work of this Jama’ah may become Fard Ayn for an individual. Consider the case of a person who has no religious training and who is ignorant of the basic religious teachings concerning his life. For him it is mandatory to seek the minimally necessary religious education and training. If such a person finds no other means of getting this basic instruction other than going out with the Tablighi Jama’ah, then for him it would be required to join this Jama’ah. If this person does have access to other means like sitting in the company of scholars, or joining a religious school, etc. then it would not be mandatory for him to join the Jama’ah. The participation would still be desirable because of the benefits that we have seen through experience.

Comments by Justice Mufti Taqi Usmani

I concur with the above Fatwa. The discussion of Fard Ayn and Fard Kifayah included here is in accordance with the juristic evidence. However, it does not diminish the importance of the work of Tabligh and it should not be used as a basis for reluctance in this matter. In our times when the forces of evil are very active, the work of Tabligh and Dawah has assumed special importance and Masha-Allah Jama’ah Tabligh is, overall, discharging this responsibility very well. Therefore, Muslims should cooperate with it. At the same time, efforts should be continued to correct the overstatements (ghuloo) made by some of its members. And Allah knows best.
