This is absolute bull shit. This doesnt work at all. You cant just rename a text file to .exe and expect it to get executed like a binary executable file.

Therre is a command for this.It should be saved as a .bat file.But for communities' sake I wont post the command.

Its a reserved name coming from DOS devices names.
