either admin sees somebody messing around badly and ban him or other members who see ppl who mess around badly and report them for admin to subsequently ban them but you get a hell of a lot chances to stir yourself into the correct path before he swings the banhammer.

read the first page i saw some guy had posted the "written rules" ..but just use your common sense and try not to do stuff that will harm the site or other members..I don't think many of us have read those rules.

domain should give you a clue ..

if you promote other sites thru your posts that usually qualifies as spam ..or when you just ramble on around a thread not sticking to the topic.

yeah probably.. depends on the situation i guess..but it's mostly spam i think.
