If you work in IT industry, you must know that when there is no proper QA or no proper pilot or UAT, How many production p1 bugs come at the first day. Even if you done with all of that, there is something called hyper care period in softwares. Give it some time man. Just appreciate atleast they do something over nothing. Bugs can be fixed over time. Proper systems and process will work out eventually.
I have done many critical systems in the past. I also been on many system rollbacks. Never seen such a whiny bunch on the first day. No wonder this country fail miserably
