I have used this one. "Better than Nothing" type camera. If you are a fast learner and photography enthusiast just dipping your toes, then soon you will find it very limiting. But if you just want to snap family pics and stuff then its a good choice but again not a great one.

My advice - Do not buy

IMHO,with that budget you are better off with a simple Point and Shoot. Going bridge/super zoom will give you more control but you need at least 50000LKR to get decent amount of control and quility at the same time. You should either save some money to expand your budget or go for a simple point and shoot. Some might suggest that you should go for a used one with a good offer, but I would advice against it.
