GALAXY TAB IS KEEP REBOOTING

Hey guyz,
my newly purchased Galaxy tab is keep rebooting, Im sure about it is software error only, does anyone has idea to fixed-up

I did hard reset but no result, its keep rebooting

flash the rom . give it to the dealer or use custom rom
