hair mousse
Mousse doesn't damage ur hair as much as hair gel does. but mousse may prevent hair from becoming healthier. coz mousse has alcohol n alcohol is drying ur hair.Mousse will not damage ur hair as long as u wash it out at the end of the day. Mousse coats your hair and doesn't allow it to breath. So just make sure you wash it out and dont leave it in for more than a day.

hair spray
if u apply hair spray u may need to wash more frequently.some hair spray causes ur hair to stick together.also it can cause split ends n it breaks and burns ur hair down. hair mousse is better than hair spray

i prefer hair mousse .normally ppl use hair mousse for the curly hair coz it looks good on it
