Getting Charged for Incoming Calls

My fellow elakirians,
Something I have noticed for the past few days is that my mobitel number has reduced its balance due to incoming calls.
Hoyala baluwama kihipa denekta meka wela thibba.
Dialog eketh wela thibba. Mokada a kenata call karana ayata msg ekak enawa insufficient balance nisa call connect wenne naha kiyala.
Mehema wuna wenath aya sitee da ?

This is happening when you have activated call divert in your dual sim phone . (I can't remember the name , but there's a function to do this to divert calls within those two numbers)
