If you know/remember the Pin Number then call to Indian/or any Customer Care guy.

Borther, I send a filled form with my NIC. But they request certified English translation of my NIC. This Sri Lankan ediots print it in Sinhala & Tamil only.

I also ask to send my Driving License. It's in English know. Waiting for reply.

How you solve this bullshit. With PIN? If it's yes, please explain it bit.

Don't you have passport?
I have attached both Passport copy and NIC,

Before that, first I called Indian guy ( Customer Care) they right a way asked what's the PIN is? at that time I have even forgotten the PIN. With protocol he can't help me.Then he asked to submitted the form.

And this is what I emailed to them, and withing one day they removed the 2 step verification.

නිවන් ගියා වගේ. එක්ස්ෆයර් වෙච්ච ඩොමේන් එකක් ග්‍රේස් පීරියඩ් එකේ එකවුන්ට් එකේ තියෙනවා.

බලන් ගියාම හුච් මගුලේනේ කේස් එක තිබිල තියෙන්නේ.
