I think they have delivered it to the wrong address, this technically happens, and since they have your signature, they will come after it, as the real buyer will ask them where his phone is, so technically you stole which wasn't yours, This isn't misconception, this is direct stealing, so now you are a thief? You didn't pay for it, you didn't win it, then how come it was delivered to you? its called karma and Karma does happen, be nice enough to return it to the person who already bought it.
no bitch..its mine they have sent it to me personally to me donk.
toge irisiyawa:frown:
its cost me in srilankan rupees exactly 156 rs.

Machan some poor guy must not have got the phone he paid for.

It would be nice if you could do the right thing and return it to dhl.

    I agree with you too.

I think you ought to return it to DHL or call them tell them that you have a package which is not intended for you and you inadvertently opened the package thinking it's yours.
I saw you have a thread talking about Sri Lankan women working in Middleast. So if you have the conscience to talk about that then you should be able to feel the same way about the guy who ordered iPhone too.

    plus.
Opening other people's mail is a federal offense.

In the US, section 1702 is the federal statue governing mail thefts.

    It says

Whoever takes any letter, postal card, or package out of any post office or any authorized depository for mail matter, or from any letter or mail carrier, or which has been in any post office or authorized depository, or in the custody of any letter or mail carrier, before it has been delivered to the person to whom it was directed, with design to obstruct the correspondence, or to pry into the business or secrets of another, or opens, secretes, embezzles, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

Judging by the fact that you got the iPhone right to your doorstep I take you are not from Sri Lanka and almost all the other countries besides Sri Lanka must have laws prohibiting mail thefts.
You'll feel good once you do the right thing. :)
