I think they have delivered it to the wrong address, this technically happens, and since they have your signature, they will come after it, as the real buyer will ask them where his phone is, so technically you stole which wasn't yours, This isn't misconception, this is direct stealing, so now you are a thief? You didn't pay for it, you didn't win it, then how come it was delivered to you? its called karma and Karma does happen, be nice enough to return it to the person who already bought it.

but i just opened.and to be honest i hate the iphone looks just turend it off and lets charge it first.i still dont like this i phone shit.and my galaxy3 is 1000 times beter for me.
