Gonna Buy Some New Parts For the PC (Need some advices)

Hey guyz ..after a long tme im posting a thread..as the topic says im gonna buy a monitor,RAM,mobo,CPU,VGA...i checked some of them and shown below are the parts that im planning to buy ..if something is not good please tell me


CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E7200
Mobo - Foxconn MARS
RAM - 2GB Patriot 800 mhz(1Gb 2x)
VGA - Foxconn 9600 GT
Monitor - Samsung 932B 19" LCD

Wht do u think about these ?
And i think i can play the game in my avater at maximum settings?

To Make this setup - Geethq,Anusha,Gayannr,Heshan123,Chanster,dexter helped me so tnx for them

Thats a really good setup mate, cost effective and Fast enough to play all the new games, go for it, add another 2GB of RAM, the Foxconn Mars is not a good overclocker tho but its a good board, it has so many features. samsung 932B is a little Old LCD panel, try a Samsung 945NWX 19" Wide, i got one and Im loving it.

And i will go for another 2Gb RAM when my pocket filled ...and another Q how far can i OC with these (3.4,3.6)??

and im going to the MARS board because there are no ASUS good boards in SL .And if u know a place to buy 9600 GT s please tel me..BTW Samsung is China neda ?:S

For the OC question it depends on ur mobo and ur CPU...generally a E7200 can OC to 4Ghz but dont expect urs OC that much..its just luck some times, Anusha's E7200 is stable @ 3.8Ghz

9600GT is available @ NUnet
And also @ SLmega for 17K~

Nop my panel is assembled in Samsung India, but that doesnt mean a thing cuz they are made with standards and all of them works the same no matter where it was assembled, it comes with a 3 year warrenty so no probs

Nop brand doesnt matter much or none at all A geforce 9600GTs reference specs are Core 650Mhz Memory 1800Mhz GDDR3, 512MB varients are the best

Nop u dont need a 500W power supply the one comes with the Casing might be enough for this setup, if u can get a i-Cute casing they comes with a very good 450W psu
