Good Cloud Services Providers in Sri Lanka

Does anyone have an opinion on the good Cloud Services Providers based in Sri Lanka? I saw that Lanka Cloud is going to come, but is there any alternative till that arrives.

What do you expect from a Sri Lankan Cloud service provider?

Only advantage i would see is if the servers are located in Sri Lanka, there will be a less latency
