Honestly these countries don't get much benefit from outsourcing it's the cooperates making profit.Nothing for the society.governments wants to control this so AI is one such tool.The mega AI data centers being build is part of them so it can be used to centralized AI processing.As always developing countries like SL will fall behind again.
