LTTE already have GPS

GPS is a worldwide system and operated by the US government. The 24 satellites are situated thousands of kilometers above in the orbit. THE PENTAGON ISN'T WILLING TO SHOOT DOWN THEIR SATELLITES upon the request of one psycho government.

I don't think that the LTTE will ever import their GPS equipment through the customs. So despite this law by the government, LTTE will continue to use GPS with no problems. Only the poor mobile consumer would suffer. That's why I call this law STUPID.
