How long is the rent agreement duration? Is there a penalty for early termination?

Installment set to increase along with the time with some bulks added along the way, 72 remaining.

The trick is to match with the rental is to process some restructures when the gap increases.

And also, rental amount is agreed to be increased by 15% per every 2 year period.
