GTA 4 Help

I tried to uncompress the 3MB file but it is taking unlimited time to uncompress 670.8MB. I had given it 7 hours but it didn't complete even 0.1%. Therefore can you give the link of the extracted 670.8MB GTA 4. I will download that. I will be really grateful to you. If others are reading please post your answers. Please Please!!
