I normally don't burn movies to DVDs. Just keep them in the hard.
But pardon me for my unawareness...What's the issue..???

DVD players dont support mkv format and converting from mkv to divx breaks the sync in audio.with video

But these new lcd tv's do. Ones with USB slots. My cousin has a samsung lcd, I played a scorp release( MKV) on that, and it looked awesome. Had better quality than my lcd monitor..
