Hey bro this is not correct. Try to give us the spec or the link to the official web site which have the spec. We can give recommendation or out 2 cents comments about it.

humm it all depens on the price and what you want to use the lap for.
All I can say that it seems a ok lap for everyday use(speradsheets,multimedia,web surfing etc)
But if you want to do any gaming this will not be too good.(the vga is a Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 and it only comes with 1gb of RAM)
