machan. whats the difference between taking something like amino 10000 and taking BCAA separately? i did some reading but cant understand shit![]()
but don't get confused with the proteins and amino acids you get as supplements

YES!

Because BCAAs are the three most important amino acids which will help the process of your muscle growth, speed up the muscle recovery, muscle protein synthesis, preserve muscle glycogen stores and reduce muscle catabolism during exercise etc

The smaller molecules of proteins are called amino acids. When we eat protein rich food or when we drink a protein shake in the process of digestion those proteins break down into smaller molecules to make the digestion & synthesis process to be easy and we call those molecules Amino Acidsbut don't get confused with the proteins and amino acids you get as supplements
When it comes to amino acids there are more than 200 amino acids which forms different stuff and 20 of them are only biologically active in humans and they will be categorized into three groups of amino acids
1. non-essential amino acids
2.essential amino acids
Non-Essential is the amino acids which our body produced naturally and Essential Amino Acids which we are supposed to get from food because our body cannot produce them.
So in essential amino acids you will get, Histadine,Isoleucine,Leucine,Lysine,Methionine,Phenylalanine,Threonine,Tryptophan,Valine which we also call EAAs in short form
So from the EAAs we group out 3 amino acids Isoleucine, Leucine & Valine and name them Branched Chain Amino Acids BCAAs because of their structure.
So if you take EAAs you will get BCAAs too?YES!
Then why do you want to get BCAAs separately?Because BCAAs are the three most important amino acids which will help the process of your muscle growth, speed up the muscle recovery, muscle protein synthesis, preserve muscle glycogen stores and reduce muscle catabolism during exercise etc
Amino 10000 is just a product name of a certain brand machan don't get fooled by marketing tricks of supplement brands![]()
thanks a lot bro. i think its better to take BCAA separate. how do you recommend taking them? while working out or after or before?

, since you are not in the elite athlete level category or prepping for a contest or getting ready for a photo-shoot with an extreme diet
