About the job​

Experience required

Should have around 1-3 year of LINUX experience with demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining Linux Environment.

Responsibilities: -

· Installing, configuring and maintaining Linux Servers
· OS installation and troubleshooting
· Patch and Package administration
· Printer Administration
· Writing shell scripts to accomplish day to day system administration tasks
· Configuring and supporting domain on Linux Servers
· Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issues

Duties: -

· To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
· To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
· To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
· Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
· To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
