Let me drop some wisdom

1. Before trying to demand anything first figure out if you are that valuable to the company --> Else when they say fuck off you will be on the street without a job
2. And if there is a movement try not to lead or be in the front of it cos if shit goes south you will be the one to pay (with our job). And if you have a lousy answer for point 1 they you are actually fucked.
3. If you have good skills and can demand higher shit why not explore something outside? Places like SG has opened their borders.

Which field are you in? If you are tryin overseas best way is to go through references. Else you will get disappointed because of the lack of response.

I got a job offer there previously I got paid 90k per month, mun ahuwa 80ta unge ekata enna bada kiyala,

when you make a cv always make sure it's aligned to the left, මැද්දෙන් මැද්දෙන් ලබ්බවල් දාන්න එපා, people in HR are like gold fish they suffer from severely low attention span, the number of calls I got increased after I changed my CV to a left aligning one, eventually got an offer

I've got a friend there, as per him they have not officially said no to peg but have said they are considering options. Apperantly there are some Indians based here in SL and currency rate have negatively impacted when converted to INR. So they have raised the concerns too. I assume that a decesion may take some time as its huge company and usually decesions like this will take longer in larger companies
