The people who live in Kandy might have noticed this. Last night there were heavy thunder storms/ lightning occured around the Kandy city. And from personal experience I know this has never happened I mean there were lighting yeah but not like this. These were louder and I am sure there must have been at least more than one strike to hit the surface.I haven't seen a single news artcile regarding this. I am sure if your in kandy you must have noticed this since it wasn't normal.
