go to www.imageshack.comand upload your signature... ........then copy the image link and paste it in user cp-edit signature...there is an picture like this(

click that image and paste your image link
then save

this is a method I know...
1.Sign ur signature on Ms Paint
2.Save as a picture file like clipart<usually bitmap>
