U won't get 3 years warranty for any notebook available in SL.Generally 3yrs warranty means 1year comprehensive warranty for the system and 2yrs labor warranty.

There only few notebooks available for ur budget.
CQ62 n G62 these note books are around 71-73k
Both are i3 n with 2gb ram n 320gb hdd bt CQ62 comes with box.unfortunately it doesnt include original bag.On the other hand G62 come with original bag bt theres no box.
