Help ekak oni!!!! abt HDD..

Yestday i bought a new 160 GB hard disk drive and configured it into 2 partitions.

Eeye dawasama hodata wada kala,
dan machine eka start karama aluth drives 2 display wenne naha ne!!!

I think its sum sorta error...

Go to Disk Management (right click My Computer -> Manage)

Check if it lists both partitions. Right click the hidden partition and there is an option you need to enable. I can't remember what it is called. If you can post a screenshot of it here, I might be ale to help

make sure all the cables and plugs are fixed correctly..

Well as Anusha mention check for the hidden partions. Apart from that under the Disk management check if the drives having drive letters. Sometime Windows XP, Vista have a strange behavior of dissapearing the drive letters when new devices plugged into the system. HTH

It was there yesterday? and cannot see today? check the cables first (power and data), swap the working HDD's data cable with the new one and check the data cable!

If nothing works then it sounds like a problem with the HDD!
