How can I upload a GIF animated pic to Facebook, and make it remain as GIF ?

Every GIF animated Image I load is , made JPEG non animated by Facebook.

u can't animate pictures in facebook. u can upload gifs but it won't animate

Yes you can do this in an Iframe if your dealing with your own application or you can use the FBML (FaceBook Markup Language) to add an image (Even animated ones) to your profile, you can add videos, ect... Pretty much everything check out the application http://apps.facebook.com/yoursexy/

That one displays images of your choice in your profile it may give you an idea of what you can do with FaceBook applications.
