This mainly happends becouse of the antena direction.Some filed tecnication at dialog Telecom dont fix the anetena properly so antena direction chance with the wind and rain.some places antena direction is done in milemeters .
also the antena must be stright for 90 degrees .this is the main things that to reduce speeds.also the water resestance nobs should be fixed properly if not the WiMAX antena will be short sircuit
Internal wireing should be good and WiMAX CPL should be Connected properly .
Note:
There is a way to acees WiMAX CPL and check for settings, bandwith and Signal Strength .There is a Special IP to set in the local area connection.Dialog Tec ppl not expose this to customers. Also there is a specail decimal (db) value for the signal connection
