Help in Remote uploading to FTP

I got a FTP server and i dont know how to upload to it using web URL using any soft.Is it possible to upload to a FTP server from URL

Is that FTP-Server Host by you in your PC ? or Is It host by other person ?

I'm not So Sure it's possible, except Download that file to your PC and re upload to the FTP Server

It's host by other person

If it's a "anonymous FTP Server" you can upload files from your PC to the FTP Server, If not You need to have a User account to upload files to that Server.

But I'm not So Sure it's possible, except Download that file to your PC and re upload to the FTP Server
