Help me build a list of High Class hotels based on locations

I am doing a research on promoting a premium product to Sri Lankan Hotels, The hotels or restaurants should be a place where the elite crowd of Sri Lanka often visit (Not normal spots like Pilawoos for example).

Hilton, Galadari, Kaamasuthra and Chinese restaurants are good examples for what im looking for.

Places where a person will spend 2-20 thousand at one visit would be preferred.

Based on locations such as Colombo, Galle, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Sigiriya, Dambulla etc help me to develop a list of hotels please.

Its easy in Sri Lanka. You won't find any places beside these locations. Colombo, Kandy, Negombo, Nuwara Eliya, Trincomalee, Galle and some wild life safari like "Mahoora"
