Help me choose a VGA!!!!!!!!

Hey guys I'm buying my second new PC next week and my budget ranges from 85k-90k. I've chose all the parts for it except VGA board. So I'm looking for something around 10k to 13k(Yeah I know that's a crappy budget). So far I've came across following cards.

1.Msi R5570-Md 1gb
2. Msi 512mb N9600gt-Md
3. Albatron GT220 1gb
4. Asus GT220 1gb
5. MSI 1GB NV240GT-MD
6. Zotac 1gb
7. EVGA GeForce GT430.

So which one is better? Or if you have a better one other than listed above (within the price range) Please let me know. I'd be much delighted if you could state good places to buy them.

Yesterday when I went to Barclays they told me that GT240 is better than 9600, since GT240 is DDR3 and it's a 1GB. Is it true?
