Help me to buy a Digi cam

Ok, The budget is around 25K, what are the models that I can fit in this budget ? Is it true that Canon cameras are a tad better than similarly priced Sony cameras in image quality wise, Canons are chubby and Sony ones are very attractive, lol
anyways Please mention the shops that I can buy these from

Cannon is chubby. and sometimes its more tentative to drop off your hand too. But Sony is firm. You can feel it when you hold a Sony.
Anyway, you're right about the picture quality.
If you can, look for something cheap which can take the snaps in RAW format. you can adjust it later using software in the PC. (Intel is better than an embedded uP when it comes to algorithms )

Nikon? I havent see that here. Are you sure its good? Same goes for Fuji. I'd suggest you stick with the Giants. (I mean Sony and Cannon)

Well. Nikon (and Canon) makes one of the best DSLR cams. but really dunno about Nikon's Point and Shoot cams

Nikon is distributed by Phototechnica AFAIK. But their prices are way too high than in the web. They hv a shop in MC and Liberty plaza. I think u better contact falenzerphine for more details about cams.

I have Sony DSC W150.. honestly i'm not satisfied with that machan...
i've only used one canon cam few years back.. i don't remember the model..coz it was not mine.. but i think it's better than Sony Cyber Shots machan... but the problem is outer look he he...Sony looks way better than Canons...
