Guys I wanna build a low end Computer for Gaming and Some Video editing

Whats are some good options for me ?
My current Build is this
i3 - 3210- 3.1Ghz/64-Bit (3rd gen processor, 2000 series GPU)
2 Gigs of Ram (Brand is ADATA )
Some shitty mother board that only supports 4Gb max Ram
PSU is 230W
500 GB SATA HDD

I can still play games like Sniper Elite on my CURRENT PC on low settings with 800X600 Resolution without lag ,
And AC Black flag with around 15 FPs on Low Settins (on lowest res possible)
Far Cry 3 With medium Graphics settings (with Low res , cant remeber which Resolution)

I was hoping to Use the Processor and HDD for my new build as that will save me money and as they have served well this far...

My NEw Build should be enough to play The latest games , I don't care much about Graphics , But I want a VGA that can Help me play on atleast 1280X720

I was hoping to Buy the Stuff from someplace near colombo Like Barclays, I got my current Pc from them and their service is good .

I only have around 50000 , I can also import some stuff from Qatar(if its cheaper over their) cuz my friend lives there ...

Any Ideas on what I should build my PC with ??

This may look like I'm stating the obvious here. But you have to ditch the board, ram and the PSU(but hold on to that if you happen to find lower power rated components). I'd ditch the processor too but with your budget you want be able to find a better replacement.
Select something that's compatible with your processor. HM61 will do and save you some money. GPUs are somewhat expensive here so you might wanna call your buddy in Qatar. If you prefer Nvidia, make sure you got all the numbers and 'x'es. go for something in the ballpark of USD 150 ~250.
8Gb of ram would be enough. make sure you match the FSB frequency.
Buy a new PSU or a new casing(with a psu) if you need to upgrade the PSU.
Cooling is not a big concern for a pcs. Just replace your casing fans if they are not working. Or buy a decent casing but don't spend too much on it.
BTW you might wanna upgrade the processor because i3-3210 is really slow in gaming. For that you'd need another 30-40k.

Stick with Nvidia. and invest in a GTX(650 or something). Its best if you can get it from abroad(don't worry much about warranty, you'd ditch your pc before you ever need a replacement graphics card).
http://gpuboss.com/ use this site to compare graphics cards.

About the ram, I'd go with a single 8Gb card because it will cost you less and you always have the chance to stick another.
My old desktop had the same processor and motherboard as yours. Since dh61ww supports ivy bridge processors(or at least 3rd gen), see if you can find an i-7 processor(a 3rd gen one, because it cant go wrong). With a setup like that you'll worry less about game configurations and fps.
