Assuming these are windows PCs.
* configure all PCs to be on the same workgroup and create file shares
* Enable Remote Desktop on all the PCs for remote acces
* Install VNC on all PCs to share the desktop.

first you should be all computer in same work group. (case sensitive)
and restart the computer all.
