help regarding name translation please

Hi, myself and my wife were married in Sri Lanka in 1999, and we would both like our three childrens names tattoo's in sinhalese (hope the spelling is correct)

The childrens names are :-

Mia Caitlin
Kian Miles
Lola Skye

and our surname is :-

Johns

sorry this a genuine request as we orignially had out 1st daughters translated and since then we have had twins so that if the 1st is translated correctly then the 2nd two namewill be fine.

Hopefully you can help, we will even post pictures of the tattoos once done

I can do that, but I am not sure how to pronounce these names. If you post the way of correct pronunciation, (preferably in phonetics), I will write in Sinhala.

However, I am not 100% sure whether these Sinhala names will sound exactly as the real names do. If you can type the names in standard phonetics, or upload an audio file, I would be able to double check. Anyway, I hope the attached translation would work somewhat satisfactorily.
