Help! registry editing

hey, I get this error messegage when opening sum files n running some system programs. As result nuthin works.
the error messae luks like:

Does any1 hav any idea of how to get rid of dat bullshit??

if ur user account is a limited 1. u can't open the registry editor. u must logged in from a administor acct to open.

Well i cant even open "user accounts" in the control panel..

machchang this can't be just about the registry i think it's a spyware or virus..

He may have used a software to tweak Windows or something and a screwup may have caused this. It's a simple registry setting, but since he can't access regedit, he has to use this vbs file.

I just put the crack for kaspersky and felt an immediate difference in the speed of the computer n also the browser.

Yeah it does. now dat regisry editin thin doesnt cum.
But i still cant go to the "user accounts".
As far as i know my login name is the administrator..

You mean, the trial version is slower than activated one?

No the time I cracked it was the time I began using it.
It actually made it so damn slower..

So I turned it off.

But, if he's using Kaspersky, shouldn't his system be free of these.
