Help to uninstall

Hey guys.. pls help me in this.. i am shitting out here.....

today i put batman game to install and went to take a nap.. while i was sleepin, ma brother has cancelled the programme after the initial stages and he has deleted the installed programme manually, without the support of add or remove programmes...

i am using vista..

now when i run the installasion again it want run, telling me that there is an already installed file, but the problem is that all the files are deleted and i caan do neither.. PLS help me.... put me oout of this misery
