larger screen doesn't effect performance. only the amount of pixels does (1440p means 2560x1440 is the max resolution/amount of pixels it has, no matter the size of the screen ).
27 inches is pefect for 1440p, no pixalation issue. very crisp. don't know about larger sizes than that.
