You have to create a MI account first.you then register as a indian user or as SL user?. You have to create ac using your moble phone no. How to do that?
We select India when we do face unlock so can we create account as +94 number.

What is the relation between gcam and xiaomi account?

Just Google xda+your phone model. Then you will find xda page for your phone model. In that page under themes, mods section you wil able to find gcam thread. if it's not there probably your device model doesn't support gcam. (gcam ports need snapdragon soc to work correctly)
