I didnt use PS!!! I dont even have photoshop installed!!!
Im serious!! Just took the screenshot! Datz it!! I didnt even touch the image!! Promise!! There is another way as well!!

Earlier method or maybe this

Create a New Folder -> Press Backspace -> press alt+255 -> Space -> con -> enter

But still by doing those methods you are explicitly saying the Windows to add a space to con. because by default windows deletes the spaces in the begining or end of a folder name.

So this is actually not con. it is con with a space like con_

Then u'll find the empty character there!!

Well just typing con
and then holding alt key and typing 0160 and releasing the alt key is easier!!!
