Hi Dear Friend i working at office suddenly my computer not working because i install the bitdiffender virus guard computer rester again and again so i try to safe mode that also not working it possible to without format take my file (My files are stored in Local Disk C) Please Help Me

cant figure it out.. better burn your files to a DVD... perform a clean format..
and choose a good V.guard..

but not KIS (kaspersky)..

go from safe mode and restore the previous setting from System Restore in windows.
Uninstall bit defender.
