Hide IP NG 1.26: Silent Update Error problem. Help!

Hi, I have just installed Hide IP NG 1.26 Incl. Patch but I always have Silent Update Error. How could solve my problem please?
I have installed the patch before the update.
Is it a firewall problem? I think I have not this problem. I have configured SP2 Firewall but I have NETGEAR Router. It has Firewall and with all programs it works fine but I don't know if I have to configure it.
Is I cannot use Hide IP NG 1.26, is there another working version? Is there a different working software? I use Firefox and Win XP.
