Bad driving.... Even small cars does not stay in the middle of the lane. They tend to drive keeping the dividing lane marker under the car and doesn't drive straight. I really get mad at most of these morons. Why do you invade into the other lane? First learn how to drive properly or get yourself a driver.
Also very bad overtaking practices.

It's poor reaction time.....more than the distance. Awareness of what distance you should keep at a particular speed is also part of driver training. It's not speeding that should be charged. Bad driving. The guys who drive slow pose a bigger hazard than the ones driving fast.
