Since you have received our new internet banking Login information, we are pleased to inform you that now you are enabled to use our Internet banking service.
Currently we have released the new site to the public & we are confident that it will be made available to you once the login process is complete. Please follow the following steps for successful login,
1. Visit www.hnb.lk
2. Depending on if you are a corporate user or a personal user; you can select the appropriate login access from the left hand side of the screen. (Corporate or Personal)
3. In your pin mailer we will be sending you the following login information
a. Corp ID – Corporate users (company id) / Personal users (Same as your login ID)
b. User ID – User ID for the login
c. Login password
d. Txn Password – this is required when you want to initiate any transaction in the new system (Financial/Non financial )
4. Please install java which is available on the login page
5. Login to the system using the provided login information
6. System will require you to change the Login and the Transaction password together.
7. after the login you will have a 60 day time period till the password expire and then you will be required to repeat the step 6 again from your end.
