VI-RS is the best option. but there are very small number of original Vi-RSs in Sri Lanka. you may find auto Vi-RS but you'll have to search for long time. but manual Vi-RSs are almost extinct.
as I remember all Vi and Vi-RSs have V-TEC. not sure about that though.
there are few things to check if you are buying.
some models came with side by side radiator and A/C condenser and there are some with inline arrangement. but some of our makabaases change the side by side arrangement to inline arrangement (to get better cooling). it is not a bad thing to do, but most of out guys just ruin the whole system and the A/C system will become a pain in the ass.
if it is CVT check the maintenance records carefully. in the old times people had no idea how to maintain a CVT and they used regular transmission oil which fucks up the CVT gear box.
