මම ගෙයක් ගමුද නැත්නම් apartment එකේ ගෙයක් ගමුද කියලා ලොකු කලබලෙක් බං ඉන්නේ.

මේක ගන්නෙත් එනේ ගේමෙක් දීලා.
මම comparison එකක් කළා house vs apartment. මේක මං වගේ ඉන්න ගෙවල් හොයන කට්ටියට ගොඩක් උදව් වෙයි.
Apartment
Easy to find with in Colombo Less freedom and privacy
Maintenance fee approximately 10k Can’t upgrade or modify.
outdoor activities – very less (pet, garden) disturbance from neighbors
Limited parking space Less spacious
Renting is easy. (high income) Rooftop is shared and restricted sometimes
Utility Bill is high (electric/water) Lift limitation And Carrying things hard to higher levels
Unexpected Expenses (maintenance fee rise, emergency crisis, tax rise)
Relative visit is less
Saving money is tough
Shared garbage is a hassle.
Less Entertaining
no immediate outside play area for kids

ඉතින් ඊලග option එක තමයි apartment එක. Colombo 9 and Colombo 13 වල තියනවා, Colombo 4 වලත් තියෙනවා shruberry gardens වල.
so as an investment which option is good ? පස්සට හිතලා in case if i sell which will be worth house or apartment. which will be sold with a good in come ?
