Hovercraft

Good Morning!
Guys I need a help in this.

In my physics lectures our sir gave us a group project to build a toy like thing that will move without using battery power. So we discussed about that and came to a dicision to build a hovercraft. But only thing is still we know how to build a hovercraft we don't know how to get sufficient power to makes the fan rotate and make the havercraft move. So if you guys know anything about this subject please help me. There's a small question about moving the rudder. That's not important.

Thanks machoooooooooo. But that is something about a very simple thingne. We thought about that before. But the problem is as soon as we release the air the toy will move in a speed that we can't control
